With affordable homes, gated communities within in the vast community, many folks relocate to become part of this great location within the Columbia area.
Many consider the
Tom Fazio championship golf course at
Woodcreek Farms the best layout in Columbia.
The world-renowned golf course designer was given plenty of leeway, including wider fairway right of ways than he requested, to build the course. He responded with a challenging course without a single parallel fairway.
The course follows the lay of the land through hardwoods, wetlands, hills and valleys. Along the way, golfers encounter dazzling displays of wildflowers, natural streams, lakes, and a pecan grove. Originally built in the late 90’s, the member-owned course was recently restored to its original design by Fazio’s team.
Members and their guests also enjoy impeccable practice facilities, a well-stocked pro shop, and a bar and grill.
